Cancel your subscription renewal

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal. When billing is active, use Manage billing in the studio’s Plans & billing area, or email hello@togetherwith.ai. Include your account email and tell us you want to stop renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Request a refund

Email your account email, payment reference if available, and the reason for your request. Outside applicable statutory rights, refunds are considered case by case. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Where the law requires a refund or other remedy, it is not discretionary.

Consumers: cooling-off rights

If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering a distance contract for services or digital content to cancel. To exercise your right, send a clear statement by email or post before the period expires. You do not have to use the example below. Any additional statutory cancellation rights that apply also remain available.

Starting to use the studio does not, by itself, waive your cancellation rights. Any lawful deduction for services supplied during a cooling-off period depends on the required information and your express request to start early. Digital-content cancellation rights can only be lost where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. These pages do not collect that consent.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will make any refund due within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.

Problems with the service

If the service or digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with the care required by law, contact us. Your statutory remedies are separate from any change-of-mind policy. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required in the circumstances.

Professional design and print work

These services are quoted separately. Scope, price, revisions, approval steps and cancellation arrangements must be agreed before an order is placed. A request for a quote is not a purchase. Any separate conditions remain subject to statutory rights.
