Who we are
TogetherWith is operated by Nathan Everest at Office 3, Stoke Rochford Golf Club, Stoke Rochford, Nr Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG33 5EW, United Kingdom. Contact hello@togetherwith.ai. We serve both businesses and consumers.
The service
The studio helps you explore logo concepts, organise brand material, prepare website drafts and create social content. Features marked as awaiting activation are not currently available. Check the current plan description before subscribing. Professional design, print production and other separately quoted work are not included in a studio subscription. Sending a brief does not place an order.
Your account and content
Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information. If using the service for a business, you must have authority to act for it. Only upload or submit material you have permission to use and share. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, fraud, infringement, malicious code or attempts to access another person’s data.
You retain any rights you hold in the material you provide. You permit us and the service providers needed to operate the features you use to process that material to deliver the service. This does not transfer ownership of your existing material to us.
AI concepts and professional finishing
Generated outputs are concepts, not print-ready artwork. They may contain errors, resemble other work or require substantial refinement. We do not guarantee originality, exclusive rights, trademark clearance or suitability for a particular use. Have a professional review and prepare final artwork and check names, images and claims before commercial use. Read the AI design FAQ.
Plans and billing
When activated, Basic is £10 per month and Business is £35 per month. The applicable total, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. A paid subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before renewal. Paid features remain unavailable until payment setup is activated.
Plan allowances are shown in the studio. AI credits and other monthly usage allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, not on your billing anniversary, and do not roll over. An AI image uses both five AI credits and one image allowance. Professional work is agreed and quoted separately.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel renewal before the next payment and keep access until the end of the paid period, unless you request an applicable statutory cancellation with earlier termination. See our cancellation and refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, failures or third-party interruptions may affect availability. If a paid feature cannot be delivered, contact us so we can resolve the problem and consider an appropriate remedy. We will explain material changes to paid terms or prices before they apply; you can cancel renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Responsibility and complaints
You are responsible for reviewing your content and obtaining necessary permissions before publication or printing. This does not exclude our responsibility where the law makes us responsible. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with complaints so we can try to resolve them.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law applicable to them. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
