Who is responsible

Nathan Everest, trading as TogetherWith, is responsible for personal information processed for this service. Information we use

• Account information provided through ChatGPT sign-in: your account identifier, email and name where available.
• Your workspace content: business briefs, brand concepts, website copy, social drafts, uploads, selected designs and usage records.
• Support and professional-service requests, including contact information, requirements and a snapshot of the brand material you choose to submit.
• When billing is enabled: payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers, plan and payment status. Card details are entered with Stripe, not in our studio forms.
• When social connections are enabled: connected platform information, encrypted connection credentials, scheduling details and delivery status.
• Technical information needed by our hosting and sign-in providers to operate and protect the service, such as requests, device/network information and diagnostic logs.

Why we use it

We use account and workspace information to provide the service you request, manage subscriptions and respond to support requests. Our basis is performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one. Where you act for an organisation, our legitimate interest is providing and administering that organisation’s service.

We also use relevant records for our legitimate interests in security, preventing abuse, troubleshooting and resolving disputes, taking account of your rights. Where required, we process records to comply with legal obligations, including applicable financial recordkeeping. If we rely on consent for an optional use, we will explain that use and how to withdraw consent.

Providers and sharing

The site uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting and ChatGPT sign-in, with Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. When AI generation is enabled and you request it, relevant briefs and content are sent to OpenAI for processing. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential material you do not have permission to share in a prompt.

When activated, Stripe processes payments and Ayrshare handles social connections and publishing to the platforms you authorise. We share the information needed for the feature you use. Professional-service requests are visible to the site’s authorised designer/operator. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where needed to meet legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims.

Provider retention and processing can differ from our own. See OpenAI’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Stripe’s privacy policy and Ayrshare’s privacy policy. Features shown as awaiting activation are not yet available in the live studio.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside the UK. The locations and applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service involved. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data and copies or details of relevant safeguards where available. Do not assume your workspace information is stored only in the UK.

Retention

Workspace records are retained to provide your account and saved work. Retention decisions take account of whether the account or request remains active, the purpose of the record, applicable recordkeeping obligations, unresolved disputes and security needs. We do not currently provide automatic account-deletion controls or an automatic inactivity-deletion schedule.

On a deletion request, we review what can be erased and what must be retained, and explain any relevant exceptions. Closing an account may not immediately remove records from provider backups or records the provider must keep independently. Ask us about a particular record or category if you need more detail.

Cookies and similar technologies

The service and its hosting/sign-in providers may use cookies or similar storage for authentication, session security and interface preferences. Your browser can manage cookies, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. This notice does not give consent for optional advertising or analytics tracking.

Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email hello@togetherwith.ai, preferably from your account email, with your request. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any permitted extension or exception. Export work you wish to keep before asking for account deletion.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You can contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and draw significant changes to your attention where appropriate. The date above identifies the current notice.
